Employment of veterans is a key element of their successful reintegration into civilian life. Work provides not only financial stability, but also a sense of dignity, usefulness and a return to an active role in society. Veterans have unique experience - discipline, responsibility, the ability to work in a team and make decisions in difficult conditions. Realizing this potential in the labor market is an important investment in the development of the country's human capital.

At the same time, employment of veterans is a matter of social responsibility of the state, business and society as a whole. Creating conditions for retraining, psychological support and adaptation in the workplace helps to overcome the barriers that veterans face after service. By supporting their professional path, society not only pays tribute to the defenders, but also forms a more sustainable, inclusive and cohesive community.

Leisure and sports play an important role in restoring a person’s physical and psychological health, especially in the process of rehabilitation after a traumatic experience. Regular physical activity helps reduce stress levels, improves sleep, concentration and overall emotional state. Sports and recreational activities create a safe space for restoring internal balance, regaining a sense of control over one’s own body and gradually restoring self-confidence.
Rehabilitation combined with active leisure and sports contributes not only to individual recovery, but also to social integration. Joint training, competitions or cultural and sports events help restore social ties, a sense of belonging to the community and mutual support. This approach builds resilience, strengthens motivation for further development and is an important component of comprehensive rehabilitation and a return to an active, fulfilling life.
