On November 7, the deputy head of the Institute of Veterans “Architecture of Resilience” of KNUBA presented the institute's work at a round table on the synergy of efforts to support the defenders of Ukraine, both men and women. The event brought together representatives of social services, veteran spaces, educational institutions and trade unions. Participants of the round table discussed how to provide effective support for veterans, women veterans and their families, and how to create opportunities for study, professional development and subsequent employment. Those present also noted that employers must provide veterans with decent working conditions.
