On October 13, the Ukrainian Hospitality Conference 2025 took place – an event that brought together leaders of the hospitality industry — owners, managers and experts. More than 500 participants gathered to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing Ukrainian hoteliers. The focus was on analytics and forecasts of the state of the market and development trends. They talked about how to build strong teams and work with different generations. Technology issues were not overlooked either – digital marketing, artificial intelligence and innovative financial solutions for the hotel business. Yevhen Komarov, Deputy Head of the Veterans Institute “Architecture of Resilience” of KNUBA, joined the event. The Institute’s task – to facilitate the integration of veterans, service members and their families into civilian life. And involving veterans in the hospitality industry is one option for mutually beneficial cooperation between business and the people who defended our future.
