Knowledge that grows business and saves lives: how the charitable practical seminar “Support for HORECA” went in Ternopil!

On July 8 the walls of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University brought together restaurateurs, hoteliers, hospitality workers, students and top industry experts at the charitable practical seminar “Support for HORECA”. The organisers were representatives of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University, the Institute for the Reintegration, Rehabilitation and Professional Development of Veterans “Architecture of Resilience”, the law firm “GLOBAL LAW”, with the support of PR Media company, Yizha Fainoho mista and Diia Biznes Ternopil.

It was a day full of professional drive, genuine networking and, most importantly, a shared charitable goal!

Together with the participants, we broke down the work of a modern establishment “into molecules”:

kitchen and bar — process optimisation and current trends;

team and service — how to build a system that inspires and works;

marketing, automation, legal matters and accessibility — effective tools for protecting and scaling a business.

But the most important outcome of the event is our real help to the defenders!

We are glad to report that, thanks to you, we topped up two important fundraisers:

4 500 UAH was directed toward purchasing an ultrasound device for medevac in the unit where Viktor Tymchyshyn serves.

4 500 UAH was handed over for the needs of the Darknode unit of the Unmanned Systems Forces (SBS), where the husband of our coffee partner Iryna Holovko (Rivolta roastery) defends Ukraine.

Together we donated 9 000 UAH to crucial initiatives!
