On October 6, the ProResto’25 forum took place in Odesa. It brought together owners, managers and professionals of the hospitality sector from all over Ukraine. Leading industry experts shared their experience, panel discussions were held, and practical cases were examined in detail. The highlight of the forum was a pop-up food court. It gave guests the chance to taste new gastronomic products and learn the stories of their creation, and gave participants the chance to present their products and find potential customers. The speaker and host of ProResto’25 was Yevhen Komarov – a gastro-lawyer, Business Developer at “GLOBAL LAW” and Deputy Head of the Institute of Reintegration, Rehabilitation and Professional Development of Veterans “Architecture of Resilience”. He not only moderated the forum and filled the conversations between participants with emotion, but also raised the very important topic of integrating veterans into work in the hospitality industry. A charity auction was also held during ProResto, raising UAH 54,000 for an armored pickup truck for the 35th Brigade.
