Business today faces an unprecedented shortage of personnel, while veterans returning to civilian life already have leadership experience, experience of working in crisis conditions and the ability to make decisions amid uncertainty and pressure.
How to successfully integrate them into Ukraine's reconstruction economy was discussed in his address by the head of the KNUBA Veterans Institute “Architecture of Resilience”, Artem Honcharenko. He stressed that successful integration requires a comprehensive approach: medical and psychological rehabilitation, education, retraining, employment and support at every stage.
That is why the Veterans Institute, together with its partners, is developing a network of support for veterans across the country, helping with education, job-seeking, obtaining social guarantees and building their own business. Because when a veteran returns from the front, they need not sympathy but a clear route and support. It is for this that the specialists of the KNUBA Veterans Institute “Architecture of Resilience” and the Veterans Cluster of Ukraine work.
